We Have A Winner!

I tried out Pixlr (https://pixlr.com/editor/). It was very intuitive and had almost all of the tools that I wanted. Another big perk is that you can edit on the go. It is browser based, so there is no worrying about downloading programs. Here is a photo of a doll that looks like she has been through the wars (https://libreshot.com/4869-2/).

Poor little doll

And here she is after just 15 min in Pixlr!

Yay!

I think that the tools that are offered in Pixlr are much more student friendly. I also really love that students can edit their images from any computer.

GIMP is certainly more powerful but Pixlr is what I will be using in the classroom.
